Membership Program FAQs



(1) Where can I use the top up credit?
Credit can only be used as cash for any food and drinks purchases in-store. Credit is not applicable for purchases on the website, nor for products other than F&B in-store, and it cannot be used to buy additional credit.

(2) How can I purchase the top up credit?
You can purchase credit directly from the staff in-store or buy it yourself on the Credit page after logging into your account. Please note that once creditis confirmed purchased, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made. Please read the details carefully before making a purchase.

(3) What is the validity period of credit?
Credit has no expiry date. Even if your Typica or Geisha membership lapses and you revert to Bourbon level, you can still use any remaining credit.

(4) Do I earn points when purchasing credit?
No, points are only calculated when creditis used for purchases.

(5) How can I redeem the mentioned offer and points rewards?
For in-store coupons, redemption offers, or point accumulation: Provide your phone number to our staff when placing an order or show your member QR code. Once the order is confirmed, no modifications can be made, and points cannot be retroactively added.
For online rewards: Redeem them on your member page and enter the code displayed during checkout to enjoy the discount.

(6) When are birthday rewards distributed?
Enter your birthdate during registration, and the birthday gift will automatically appear on your member rewards page on the first day of your birthday month. Free pancake coupon can be redeemed at any store within your birthday month.

(7) Can I enjoy two birthday rewards when upgrading from a Bourbon to a Typica / Geisha member in my birthday month?
No, each member can only redeem birthday rewards once a year. The available birthday rewards depend on your membership level at the time of redemption.

(8) How can I receive referral rewards?
After logging in, tap on "Referral" in the menu and share your invite link with friends. When your friend registers through your link, the system will automatically input the referral code. After your friend makes a purchase, you will receive the rewards the next day after 1:00 PM.

(9) Do all store and online purchases earn points?
All purchases earn points except for the delivery fee in online orders.

(10) When do points expire?
Points expire after 1 year from the earning date, and all points are consolidated and settled on the 1st of the following month.
For example, earning 600 points on 2/1/2023 and an additional 50 points on 15/8/2023, then using 500 points on 31/1/2024, leaving 150 points remaining (with 100 points set to expire on 1/2/2024 and the remaining 50 points expiring on 1/9/2024).

(11) As a Typica member dining in the restaurant, can I use both the F&B 10% off discount and store cash voucher together?
No, except for free drinks and pancake, only one member discount can be used per transaction.

(12) Are the free drink reward limited to specific categories?
No, they are valid for all drink categories. For drinks over $46, the price difference needs to be covered. A 10% service charge is applicable for dine-in orders, and rounding off will occur for decimals.

(13) If I used a different email to make an online purchase and a new member account was automatically created, how can I transfer the points to my original account?
Please email your new and old member information to cs@ucr.hk, and we will assist you promptly.
