FAQS
1. How to buy Credit?
You can purchase it from the store clerk or by yourself on the Credit page in your electronic account. Please note that once the Credit purchase is confirmed, no changes, cancellations or refunds can be made.
2. Where can Credit be used?
Credit can be used directly as money when purchasing any food and drink in the store. It is not applicable to products other than the website and store F&B, nor can it be used to purchase Credit.
3. How long is the Credit valid for?
Credit has no expiration date. Even if the Typica or Geisha membership period has expired and you return to Bourbon membership, you can still use the remaining Credit.
4. Will there be points when purchasing Credit?
No, points will only be calculated when using Credit for consumption.
5. I purchased $1,000 Credit twice, but why am I still stuck at the Typica membership level?
Only a one-time purchase of $2,000 Credit can become a Geisha member. Therefore, purchasing $1,000 Credit twice will not upgrade the membership, nor can you enjoy the welcome benefits of Typica membership again, but you can extend the Typica membership period (based on the most recent one). Starting from the date of purchase of Credit).
6. Are there any designated categories for free drinks?
No, it applies to all drink categories. Drinks worth more than $46 will need to make up the difference. Dine-in orders will be subject to an additional 10% service charge. Decimals will be rounded off.
7. How to redeem the above privileges and point rewards?
Store coupons, redeeming offers or saving points: Please provide your phone number or show your member QR code to the store clerk when placing your order. Otherwise, once your order is confirmed, your order will not be modified and your points will not be reissued.
Online store cash coupons: Redeem by yourself on the online membership page, and enter the discount code displayed on the redemption page during online checkout to enjoy the discount.
8. When will the birthday gifts be distributed?
Please fill in your birthday information when registering as a member, and the relevant benefits will be automatically displayed on the member rewards page on the first day of the birthday month. Points will be automatically added to the account. Free drinks or chips must be purchased at any restaurant within the birthday month. Redemption at the store will be invalid after the expiry date.
9. Can I enjoy 2 birthday benefits by upgrading from Bourbon membership to Typica membership in my birthday month?
No, each member can only redeem birthday gifts once per year. As for the birthday gifts that can be redeemed, it depends on which membership level you are at when redeeming.
10. How to get the privilege of recommending a friend?
After logging in, click "Referral" on the directory page to share your invitation link with your friends. When a friend enters your link, the system will automatically enter the referral code. After the friend successfully registers and makes purchases in stores or online (no limit on amount), you will receive the relevant benefits after 1:00 pm the next day.
11. Can points be earned for any purchase in all stores and online?
In addition to the shipping fee for online orders, points can be earned for all purchases in stores and online.
12. When do points expire?
Points are valid for 1 year (from the date the points are earned), and all points will be settled on the 1st of the next month.
For example, earn 600 points on 2/1/2023, earn another 50 points on 15/8/2023, and then use 500 points on 31/1/2024, leaving 150 points (of which 100 points will expire on 1/2/2024 , the remaining 50 points will expire on 1/9/2024).
13. If I have become a Typica member, can I use full order discounts and store cash coupons at the same time when making purchases at restaurants?
No, except for free drinks and fries, only one membership offer can be used per transaction.
14. I used another email address to make purchases in the online store. After checkout, the system automatically opened a new membership account for me. How should I add points to the original membership account?
