Key Dates & Billing
Cutoff Date: The cutoff is always the 27th of the month at 23:59 (HKT) for the upcoming month's order.
Example: For August's subscription order, the cutoff is July 27th at 23:59 (HKT). Any orders after this will be arranged for the following month.
Billing: Payments are automatically processed as recurring payments on the 27th of each month.
Roasting & Delivery
Roast Week: We roast all subscription coffees during the first week of the month and dispatch them within the same week.
Example: August's subscription is roasted and dispatched during the first week of August.
Local Delivery: Takes 1–3 working days.
Please note: Free shipping is not available for subscription orders. Shipping fees are calculated by weight.
Local Pickup: Ready at selected shops on the latest Monday or Thursday of roast week by 4:00 PM (you will receive a notification when it's ready for collection).
