Except for specific website promotions, our standard shipping and delivery policies are outlined below.

Local Shipping (Hong Kong)

• Free Local Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all local orders over HK$300 (calculated after discounts). This applies to coffee beans and all other retail products. Please note: This free shipping offer does not apply to monthly coffee subscriptions.

• Orders Under HK$300: A delivery fee will be charged by weight at checkout.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide! We fulfill international orders using SF Express, FedEx, or UPS.

• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of the order.

• Taxes & Duties: Product prices do not include international taxes, customs duties, or import fees. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Urban Coffee Roaster is not liable for any loss, damage, or delivery delays resulting from a customer's refusal or delay in paying these charges.

• Delivery Disclaimer: Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed due to customs and courier schedules. Please check with the carrier for real-time tracking.

Repacking Policy

To ensure and maintain the ultimate freshness and quality of our coffee beans, we strictly do not accept any repacking requests for any coffee bean products.
