【Competition Rules & Regulations 】

✧ Preliminary Round✧

1. Competitors will compete to answer 3 sets of cupping challenges, competitors are presented with 6 cups, divided into three categories: Origin, Process, and Variety.

2. Competitors are given 3 minutes to complete the round.

3. The top 72 highest scoring and fastest competitors will advance directly to the Quarterfinal.

✧ Quarterfinal Round✧

1. The top half of the competitors will compete to answer 3 sets of cupping challenges, competitors are presented with 9 cups, divided into three categories: Origin, Process, and Variety.

2. Competitors are given 4 minutes to complete the round. 

3. The top 16 highest scoring and fastest competitors will advance directly to the Semifinal.

✧ Semi-final Round ✧

1. Top 16 competitors will compete to answer 3 sets of cupping challenges, competitors are presented with 9 cups, divided into three categories: Origin, Process, and Variety.

2. Competitors are given 4minutes to complete the round.

3. The top 4 highest scoring and fastest competitors will advance directly to the final.

✧ Final Round ✧

1. Top 4 competitors will compete to answer 6 sets of triangulations. In each set, two cups are the same, and one is different.

2. Competitors are given 6 minutes to complete the round.

3. The winner is the competitor with the most correct answers in the fastest time.
