2023 WCTC Simulation Experience and Sharing Session by Wilson

The World Coffee Cupping Competition (WCTC) has always been like an Olympic event in the coffee industry. Wilson continued to improve his sensory abilities and cupping skills by practicing day and night. This year, he represented Hong Kong for the first time in the WCTC held in Athens and ranked 5th in the world. results.

Next, we will hold a WCTC simulation experience and sharing session to share with everyone Wilson’s competition experience and knowledge gained from the Athens competition. He will personally select coffee beans with a flavor similar to that of the World Competition, and match it with similar question arrangements to achieve a high level of success. Restore the title of this year’s competition and bring the 2023 WCTC experience from Athens, Greece to Hong Kong.

There is never more than one player who can represent Hong Kong. I hope that all those who will participate in the HKCTC competition next year will have the opportunity to step onto the world stage. If you are interested in learning more about Wilson’s pre-competition practice tips and problem-solving strategies, remember to register in advance! Each participant will receive a can of coffee beans (200g). After the event, you are welcome to stay for the post-race party, have some snacks and a glass of wine, and raise a glass to share the joy!
