再次恭喜Homeground Coffee Roasters 的聯合創辦人Elysia Tan獲得2022年度世界咖啡沖煮大賽(WBrC) 的季軍! 接下來我們很榮幸邀請到Elysia來到UCR銅鑼灣分店舉辦一場咖啡感官體驗分享會，和一眾BrC備賽選手及咖啡愛好者分享備戰心得、理解和如何針對感官體驗調整咖啡沖煮方式。分享會會講解杯測、品鑒、觀察咖啡豆、選杯及判斷環境等因素等如何影響沖煮咖啡。

Congratulations to Elysia Tan (co-founder of Homeground Coffee Roasters) for winning the second runner-up in the 2022 World Brewers Cup Champion(WBrC). And yes! Elysia will be taking over our coffee bar on Nov 7, 2022 at 7:30 pm, for a sensory experience workshop at UCR CWB. The sensory workshop will be covering their previous competition preparation, their understanding of the coffee bean, and how to improve the coffee flavour by adjusting the brewing method, based on cupping, tasting, checking the coffee bean condition, cup selection, and how the environment affects coffee brewing.
Participants can receive a set of 3 Origami Flavour Cups after the event. Seats are limited, book now before it’s too late!
